One Device. Or Your Entire Sensor Network.
Levelynx gives you two ways to start monitoring — a complete, ready-to-deploy Sensor Node you can buy and install in minutes, or an open platform that connects the sensors you already own. Both feed one unified system.
Two Ways to Get Started
The Levelynx Sensor Node
The fastest way to start. A complete, self-contained monitoring device that arrives ready to deploy — no engineering project required. Buy it, mount it, and it's reporting.

Already have monitoring equipment? Levelynx connects 100+ sensor types into one platform, so you can unify what you already own alongside anything new.
See Platform IntegrationThe Levelynx Sensor Node
The Levelynx Sensor Node is a complete monitoring device in a single rugged enclosure. It comes ready to deploy with everything most sites need built in — measurement, connectivity, power, and alerting — so you can go from delivery to live data in minutes, not weeks. For most communities, this is all you need.

Hydrostatic Pressure Sensor (included)
Accurate water level measurement built into every node.
Optional 60GHz Radar
Add non-contact radar measurement for sites where it's the better fit.
Optional Tipping Bucket Rain Gauge
Add rainfall data for a fuller picture of flood risk.
Multi-Carrier + Satellite Connectivity
Connects on any available carrier and fails over to satellite automatically. No single point of failure.
5+ Year Battery Life
Runs for years on battery alone. Solar optional, never required.
Automated Alerts
Phone, SMS, email, and WeatherCall siren integration built in.
One device, one purchase, one simple installation — backed by the same platform that powers everything below.
From Install to Alert in Four Steps
Deploy
Mount the Sensor Node at your site. No local infrastructure, no wiring project. It self-calibrates and begins reporting.
Measure
The node continuously measures water level (and rainfall, if equipped), processing readings on-device against the thresholds you set.
Transmit
Data is sent over whatever carrier is available, with automatic satellite failover, to Levelynx cloud infrastructure located safely outside the disaster zone.
Act
When a threshold is crossed, automated alerts fire instantly by phone, SMS, email, and siren — and data flows to your dashboard and connected systems.
Already Have Sensors? Connect Them All.
The Sensor Node is the easy path, but Levelynx is also a fully open monitoring platform. If your community already operates monitoring equipment — or has specialized needs beyond water level — we can bring it all into one place.
Levelynx integrates 100+ sensor types, including:
Unify what you own
Connect existing third-party sensors alongside Levelynx hardware in a single dashboard.
One platform, every input
Stop juggling separate systems for different sensor types.
Open API & bi-directional data
Push data to SCADA, GIS, and EOC systems, or pull external data in.
No vendor lock-in
Your data is yours to export, share, and integrate.
Whether you use our Sensor Node, your own equipment, or both — it all runs through one unified Levelynx platform.
Your Data, Everywhere You Need It
Levelynx Dashboard
Real-time levels, trends, and exportable reports.
Emergency Operations Centers
Direct EOC integration.
SCADA Systems
Industrial control and automated gate/pump response.

How It Works — FAQs
What is the Levelynx Sensor Node?
The Sensor Node is a complete, all-in-one monitoring device with a built-in hydrostatic pressure sensor, optional radar and rain gauge, multi-carrier and satellite connectivity, and 5+ year battery life. It's the quickest way to start monitoring — buy it, mount it, and it begins reporting.
Do I have to use Levelynx sensors?
No. The Sensor Node is the easiest option, but Levelynx is an open platform that integrates 100+ third-party sensor types. If you already own monitoring equipment, we can connect it all into one unified system.
What does the Sensor Node measure?
Every node includes a hydrostatic pressure sensor for water level. You can add optional 60GHz radar and an optional tipping bucket rain gauge depending on your site.
How is the data transmitted?
The node connects over any available cellular carrier and automatically fails over to satellite if cellular is unavailable, so data keeps flowing even when local networks are down.
How long does it take to install?
Because the node is self-contained and needs no local infrastructure, most installations take minutes. The device self-calibrates and begins reporting right away.
What other sensor types can the platform support?
Beyond water level, Levelynx supports flow, tilt and structural, CO₂ and air quality, temperature, soil moisture, weather, and many more — over 100 sensor types in total.
